Immersion Water Chiller
Snowman is an industrial chiller manufacturer and supplier. Our immersion water chiller is applied to cool water. After four cooling procedure, water could be cooled from to 46℃to 0.5℃.

Water Cooling Procedures
Stage 1:
By entering the evaporative condenser, raw water would be cooled down from 46℃ to 36℃. The effect of this step could be even more obvious in the countries in Middle East. Needless to start refrigeration system, the raw water is cooled down to 36℃ directly inside the evaporative condenser. Therefore, our industrial chiller is more energy-efficient environment-friendly.
Stage 2:
Through the first set of compressor, water is cooled down from 36℃ to 12℃ in the heat exchanger. We adopt high efficient stainless steel type exchanger or shell-pipe type exchanger for our heat exchanger.
Stage 3:
In this procedure, water is cooled down form 12℃ to 4℃ in heat exchanger.
Stage 4:
In this last stage, water is cooled down form 4℃ to 0.5℃ in our immersion water chiller or falling film water chiller. Inside the water tank, there are stainless steel plate heat exchanger and water and air distribution system to ensure constant water temperature.
