There are basically two types of evaporator applied in plate ice machine: aluminum alloy plate ice evaporator and stainless steel plate ice evaporator. Plate ice evaporator adopts direct expansion system, with a R-22 evaporating temperature of -17℃. It could also adopt NH3 as refrigerant.

Water Recycling System
With this water recycling system, un-frozen water is collected in the water tank at the bottom. It will be redistributed and frozen as ice. With this water recycling system, our plate ice can produce smooth plate ice more efficiently.
Simple Ice-removing Method
Needless for extra heat, our plate ice machine uses self-generated hot fluorine gas to remove the ice in two minutes. It is a simple yet efficient method to remove ice from plate ice machine.
